Project goal

Core Accountabilities:
Create and Post Authentic, Engaging, Trend-right, Platform-right and Brand Relevant Content
Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily or multiple times per day (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)

  1. Modify and edit existing visual assets or create original content for 6/7 Social Media Platforms
  2. Design post graphics, covers, leaflets, banners following digital editing styles, aspect ratios and trends and filters.
  3. Write clean, clear copy with authentic brand voice and execute day-to-day on social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Google Business, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Tumblr, TikTok, and YouTube)
  4. Maintain a social media presence across all channels to drive engagement, follow growth, brand loyalty, and increase brand awareness.
  5. Contribute to all aspects of social content development: idea generation, research, gathering input and buy in, and collaborating with team members.
  6. Adapt content production, capture and strategy within digital formats and new technologies.
  7. Maintain quality control and responsibility for the integrity of the final content deliverable.
  8. Manage and prioritize workload to ensure social content editorial calendar and project milestones are met.
  9. Monitor competitive landscape to identify content trends, strategic initiatives, best practices, and new platforms and innovation in the Social Media space.
  10. Track social analytics and metrics against KPIs and weekly report and insights.
