Meet Sarowar Parvej
I help founders become visible before they raise capital. Sharing strategies on founder branding, investor outreach systems, biotech marketing, thought leadership, LinkedIn growth, and digital visibility infrastructure for startups and executives.
Here is my story
About Sarowar Parvej
My name is Sarowar Parvej, and I work as a Founder Visibility & Investor Outreach Strategist focused on biotech, medtech, diagnostics, and healthcare innovation companies preparing for growth, partnerships, or future capital raises.
For more than six years, I worked behind the scenes with a US-based fundraising and capital strategy firm, supporting founder-led companies through investor outreach, digital visibility, lead generation systems, and strategic communication infrastructure. During that time, I worked across multiple biotech and medtech projects, helping founders strengthen their market presence, organize investor communication systems, and build the visibility needed before serious capital conversations begin.
Most biotech and medtech founders spend years building breakthrough science, only to discover that visibility, investor communication, and outreach infrastructure are just as critical as the innovation itself.
That’s where I work.
I was not just running ads or posting content.
I was helping build the operational and communication layer that sits between founders and investors.
That included:
- Founder visibility positioning
- Investor outreach systems
- LinkedIn and email lead generation
- CRM organization and pipeline structuring
- Webinar and investor event support
- Strategic messaging for biotech and medtech audiences
- Founder credibility and online presence optimization
- Investor-facing communication flows
- Capital raise marketing support
- Search visibility and digital authority building
Over the years, I helped generate hundreds of founder and investor conversations through structured outreach and strategic visibility systems. I also saw something many founders eventually realize themselves:
Most agencies focus on activity volume. Very few focus on strategic precision.
That is why I decided to build my own independent practice.
Why Founders Work With Me
I work differently from traditional agencies.
When founders hire large marketing teams, they often get layers of account managers, outsourced execution, generic messaging, and disconnected communication between strategy and implementation. Important details get diluted as work moves between departments.
I built my work around the opposite model.
When you work with me, you work directly with the strategist handling the thinking, positioning, execution direction, and communication strategy. I stay close to the founder narrative, investor positioning, and market context because those details matter deeply in biotech and medtech industries.
I prioritize quality over quantity.
That means I do not believe in:
- mass outreach without targeting,
- vanity metrics,
- generic founder branding,
- AI-generated noise with no strategic purpose,
- or marketing systems disconnected from fundraising reality.
Instead, I focus on building founder visibility infrastructure that supports long-term credibility.
Because in healthcare and life sciences, trust matters before traction.
Investors, strategic partners, media contacts, and even future hires often research founders long before replying to an email or joining a meeting. Many companies underestimate how much their digital presence influences confidence.
A founder may have groundbreaking science, but if their online positioning looks fragmented, outdated, or invisible, it creates friction during growth conversations.
I help reduce that friction.
My Strategic Philosophy
I believe founders should not wait until the middle of a fundraising process to think about visibility, outreach systems, or investor communication.
The strongest companies build these systems early.
That includes:
- a credible founder presence,
- strategic LinkedIn visibility,
- organized investor communication workflows,
- professional digital infrastructure,
- consistent messaging,
- thought leadership positioning,
- webinar and presentation systems,
- and outreach strategies aligned with long-term capital goals.
Especially in biotech and medtech, visibility is not about “going viral.”
It is about becoming credible, discoverable, and investor-ready.
A Partner, Not Just a Vendor
I understand the pressure founders operate under.
Limited time. Limited bandwidth. Complex science. Long development timelines. Investor skepticism. Regulatory uncertainty. Communication gaps between technical innovation and market understanding.
My role is to help bridge those gaps strategically.
Not by creating noise, but by building systems that support founder authority, investor engagement, and long-term positioning.
I work best with founders and executive teams who understand that visibility is not separate from growth strategy anymore. It is part of it.
Who i work With
I primarily work with:
- Biotech founders
- Medtech startups
- Diagnostics companies
- Healthcare innovators
- Life sciences leadership teams
- Early-stage and growth-stage healthcare companies
- Founder-led organizations preparing for future capital raises
Whether a company plans to raise capital in 6 months or 24 months, strong visibility and investor outreach systems built today can significantly change future outcomes.
Founders do not always need bigger marketing teams.
Sometimes they need a strategist who understands how investor perception, founder visibility, outreach systems, and digital credibility connect together.
That is the work I do.
